I will soon update this page with more info about me, Clay Hyght.

But, for now, know that I love learning and teaching others. The human body, and mind, is what I’m most interested in and passionate about.

Things like training, nutrition, mobility, injury prevention/management, and overall human performance are some of my primary interests…and things I’ll be sharing with you.

It’s been a blessing to coach or help so many high level athletes, and non-athletes over the last 20 + years. Perhaps I’ll have the opportunity to help you, too.
